Ok, so now what? I can change the recruitment message to read by invitation only I guess. If anyone has any suggestions please put them here and lets talk about them. any and all are welcome no matter how far fetched they may sound.

I don't see how we can continue this type of invasion. Sooner or later, another
sour puss is going to call the Mods, instead of just ejecting or ignoring us.
Then we will have been warned and it will be a repeat offense.
And I don't see the moderators coming back and saying that they were too
strict, or making an exception for the Glorious Skeleton Army.

I can deal with topic or language limitations, but I don't see any way of gaging
the spamness of my posts:
No more than x messages per hour? Or no more than x lines per messages? this
does not make sense.

So i'd just as well drop the whole thing and so something else.

Well we got a invitation to come back and raid the pub and I was told that they may even let us win, but right now I think we just need to stay put.

What we can do is actually get a few UN delegates (I am willing to have my UN nation resign for a while) and
actually INVADE a few regions. Once we do that, there will be no question that we are a bona fide invader
region, albeit a noisy one. It's just a question of selecting targets that can easily be taken over (and there
are many). We do not even have to declare these as victory, as they would merely be target practice.
I'd rather do that than invasions by invitation...

Ok, so someone will have to update me on what actually happened and what 'rule' we were 'breaking'. Invading is legal, talking about invading is legal... what, we spam regions too much? What exactly were we warned about?

I've suggested UN invasion targets to ramazakal, but I don't mind - any invasion is a good invasion as long as there's a party involved somewhere. There's a big bunch of active regions that can be taken by having just 3 or 4 UN nations. I might create a few new nations and send them in to some possible targets to gain influence, then later on we can decide where to go.

My impression is that this CUD guy called on the mods, saying we were just
"spamming the RMB" because we had no real intent of invading the region,
which he deducted from the fact that there was only 1 UN nation among us.
Now before that, and after a bit of shrillness on both side, we seemed to get
along well with some of the natives: Ossifrage had been invited to a visit
in the sewers to check out the rats and stuff.
But once the mods told us to go, there was no recourse. And everywhere
you check on the FAQs, it says that whatever the mods decide, they are
right.
So basically, when we invade in our own particular and inventive fashion,
we are at the mercy of any sour puss who decides to call the mods.
And if we happen to stumble on the same trigger happy mod, we risk deletion
for spamming...
Now I don't think this would affect other nations we control, and I would not
mind too much if this became the fate of Ossifrage, this would fit well with
her "live fast, die young" rebellious Cheerleader character, and she would
get to meet Elvis personally, but I don't know about others.

Yeah, I think I'll stay here until the end (mine or the Army's, whichever comes first). I'm tired of everything in NationStates except for the Skeleton Army, so I'll throw everything I have into here and if we get kicked out, we'll get kicked out with a bang and I won't come back.

So screw people trying to tell us what to do - let's just do what we do best and PARTY!

You guys are great, well I'm not going to worry about it either. I agree I think if we get in trouble we will lose the nations that we are using but not our other ones.

I propose we invade somewhere big. Really big. With an active founder and/or delegate. And we pre-arrange a time for invasion so that we can get the most people there at the same time. Especially if its a heavy-use RMB, then we need to be there at the same time so that we don't each look alone.

Hello! I realize I haven't been here long ( couple hours or so), but I think the biggest plus in this region is that we're really not trying to invade!? Pick A region whenever we feel like it and have fun with it. Make sure there are no UN's so theres no threat and the Mods'll kick back and laugh! Be like NS Featured Region but on our own terms! People will see it and join! Better than recruitment messages that just annoy everyone. To do this and keep our home safe, though, we'd have to each keep a UN in SA and all endorse a delegate. We do have a founder so it wouldn't be a huge deal, I guess. I'm just saying that if we're totally not a threat, there's nothing to worry about! We could have fun and build the region at the same time. Just a thought.

Welcome to skellie parties - where we do essentially what you just described. Admittedly I came here through a recruitment message, but recruiting people by invading them is much more fun! We don't really need any UN nations in the Army because the delegate regional control is disabled and RamaTupac is a fantastic founder. The only reason I'm UN is because I don't have anything else to do with it. I found normal raiding got boring after a while, its just repetition of go in, endorse, and go back home. However I know there's a lot of other people here who have better things to do with their UN nation than waste them on the Skeleton Army, so its all good.

Anyway - my proposal for next region is either the World Pirate Alliance (fun!) or if you're up for some controversy, the National Socialist Alliance.
