Hey everyone,
I'm kind of new to raiding and I had kind of a newbish question.
What are the different levels of regional influence? My Regional Influence has changed quite a bit and I'm not really sure what it means sometimes. I know that minow is the lowest. Is Superpower the highest?

believe me thats not a noob question, I hear that question from nations that have been around alot. I'll give some examples, like in holy land the reason ;the invader delegate could not eject the some of the nations is because they had alot more influence than the invader delegate, so that is one good thing. superpower is the highest I believe and I'll find a list that gives them in order and put them in here.

This is also a newb question, so I'll just post it in this thread.
I've always been unsure about the one-UN-nation policy. Are we allowed to 'switch our UN nation' - that is, resign our UN nation and then join the UN with another?
The rules seem to allow that because they say "at any given time" - however they have the email check to make sure you don't have 2 UN nations.
Anyone know what's up with this? It would make things much easier if I could swap UN status between nations!

You can switch UN status from nation to nation. But as you already know you just can't have more than one at a time. So switch away. and these are good questions here and glad that they are being asked as I had these same questions myself and found out the hard way on some of them.

Another newb question: How long does it take to take delegacy? If X has 1 endorsement and is delegate, and Y has 1 endorsement and isn't, then Y gets another endorsement, how long will it be before Y becomes the delegate instead of X?
Edit: Just look at Russia. The delegate only has 1 endorsement, however PowerfulRussianPeople now has 2 and has had 2 for the last 16 hours or so. I want PowerfulRussianPeople to become delegate because they look less active than The Father-Land.
And does anyone have any or know of any willing-to-help UN nations to come along and endorse Damgers and me?

ok, the way I understand it is that at update every night, I forget what the update time is, who ever has the most endorsements becomes the delegate. now tonight at update who ever has the most endorsements will become delegate. and sorry don't know any more UN nations to endorse you guys.

the update time for UN delegacy, UN reports, ect is about 10am gmt (might be 9am, i'm not sure with daylight saveing time). anyone who seriously wants to be a raider/defender/invader should learn the real time off by heart. as the skeletons however we don't need to know such things, as winning is not our main objective.

6pm for me (Australia). Its good to be aware of for when we do mess around with UN and delegacy (like in Russia).
